How Our Service Works

Each delegate actively participates using one of our credit-card sized wireless keypads which enables them to respond to interactive questions displayed 'on screen'.

A wide variety of questions can be used, including multiple choice and ranking. Results can be instantly displayed, providing immediate feedback to the presenter/speaker and everyone in the audience. Delegates can be tracked or segmented into demographic groups, for example by gender, location or role within their organisation.

Our experienced onsite Audience Response Operator will ensure your event runs proficiently and professionally. After the event, all of the collected voting data will be provided to you as a report in an Excel Spreadsheet along with a copy of the Interactive PowerPoint Presentation.

Interactive Voting Questions

What we will require from you:

  • Your voting questions and any special instructions pre-event.
  • Your slide template/background for use on your interactive voting slides.
  • The event details and an event schedule/agenda.
  • A delegate list (if you're planning to track individual participants).
  • Details of any brand guidelines, special fonts and sounds that you would like us to use.

We will then advise you on the format of your voting questions

  • We will create and program the voting slides & the interactive presentation(s).
  • Set up and test the system on-site.
  • Run the voting slides at your live event.
  • Produce a voting report containing the collected group response data.

Our Fully Supported Audience Response Rental Service includes:

ShowMode Interactive Voting Keypad

An experienced Audience Response System Operator
This involves onsite operation of your interactive presentation and group response sessions at your event by one of our experienced event specialists.

Radio Frequency(RF) ResponseCard Keypads
The set number of interactive voting keypads agreed a week prior to the event, plus a few spares

Interactive Presentation Programming & post-event Voting Reports:
This involves the pre-event creation, review and editing of the interactive presentation, polling questions and participant lists. This also includes the post-event reporting of the collected voting data.

Travel & Logistic Costs:
This will cover any required transportation of the Audience Response Operator and equipment to the event, together with any required accommodation and meals (if not provided).

Optional Keypad Insurance:
This optional fee can cover against the loss or damage of a set number of Keypad handsets.
